Movie Preview : Raavan


RAAVAN is a advanced version of the great Indian epic Ramayana (It tells the Rama’s story, whose wife Sita is kidnapped by the demon (Rkshasa) king of Lanka, Ravana).

This movie Written and directed by Mani Ratnam, the stars are Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Vikram in the main roles, while Govinda, Ravi Kishan, Nikhil Dwivedi, Kolhapur Tejaswini and Priyamani playing important roles.

He was made simultaneously in Tamil as RAAVANAN with a slightly different distribution. Vikram, who plays in the Hindi version Dev, Veera plays a Naxalite leader (Ravana) in the Tamil version, while Prithviraj plays a police officer. Abhishek Bachchan is that only in the Hindi version, but Aishwarya Rai is in both versions. The movie is duplicated in Telugu and other regional languages.

Mani Ratnam has dealt with the history from the perspective Veera (Ravan).

Music and lyrics is a movie made by Oscar winners A.R. Rahman and Gulzar. Audio rights are the T-series.
