Ram Gopal Varma introduces horror film PHOONK 2, the sequel of PHOONK. The first part was directed by Ram Gopal Varma, is follow-up directed and written by Milind Gadagkar. The movie Phoonk 1 end with the murder of Madhu, who has hurl black magic spell on Raksha, daughter of Rajiv. PHOONK 2 start with Madhu, return as ghost from her tomb to take revenge of the family. The suitcase of a project for build a new building, Rajiv shift with his family to a new position. Raksha and Rohan start researching the new land site and its surroundings area, abandoned beach and in the woods backside of the house. The panic begins with Rohan and Raksha got a doll in the woods, then it becomes a line of very painful for the entire family.

Madhu, who has got up from the grave to take revenge of his death ... to take revenge Rajiv was torture his wife, his lover and the children Rohan, Aarti and Raksha in a savage way imaginable.
